Evaluation of the intern practice
- Evaluation of the intern practice will be done in the several occasions, depending on the duration of the internship. One or several interim reviews of the internship assignment will take place between GARIWO's program manager and the intern to assess the work accomplished so far to allow for neces¬sary changes. At the end of the internship assignment the organisation will debrief with the intern on the internship.
- GARIWO's program manager will supervise and assist the intern during the internship assignment.
- Evaluation will be done in the verbal and written form and by both sides (NGO GARIWO and Intern).
- Evaluation will be focused on working assignments and collaboration within the organization.
- The intern will undergo debriefing with GARIWO's program manager before leaving the country of internship assignment.
